Went in to just browse and spoke to Matthew and his manager he convinced me to switch services and start a new plan under t-mobile and add a sync up and drive. I’m so very glad I did!! He and the other customer reps have the best attitudes and make it a relaxing but fun environment to be in :-) they aren’t pushy and they listen to all your concerns and listen to your wants and needs and set you up with the perfect item or items :-) thank you!!!
