the food here is consistent for a fast food joint in Paradise! there is rarely ever a line for the drive through outside of peak periods and the old ladies that work there are always willing to spoil me. You can also get any flavor combo in terms of soda you want right from the drive through! (McDonald's makes you come in for that.) ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌

The girl that took my order tonight was very rude. She mocked me for calling something the wrong name. She was extremely short with me and when i required her help for trying to figure out what the actual name was for the item that I was ordering for a friend she proceeded to name off the items extremely fast and in a snarky/rude tone. I have never experienced customer service like that from this jack in the box. Normally the employees are so awesome, kind, and helpful. When I pulled up to the window the guy who took my money was so kind. I had apologized for any inconvenience I might have been and he told me not to worry and even apologized almost like he felt bad. He definitely made up for the experience. The food was good though! Always right and hot! Just dissapointed with the way the girl took my order. Maybe she was having a bad day but either way it was uncapped for.

Very disappointed!! We got grilled "chicken" sandwiches. The "chicken" was more like white composite material packed together to resemble chicken. It was all rubbery and weird. I shouldn't have eaten it, but unfortunately I did and was sick for 3 days after :/ And the prices are higher than other fast food places. Would absolutely not recommend eating here!
