CB Properties at 5848 Skyway #1, Paradise, California.

Very unprofessional! I scheduled a walk through of one of their rentals in Oroville before deciding whether or not to rent it. My boyfriend, 3 month old and I live and Paradise and we both work in Chico. I scheduled this appointment with them the week before. The only time that they could show the rental was when we were both working. We both took off of work early to look at it. I drove to Paradise to pick up my child before driving down to Oroville and my boyfriend drove directly from work in Chico. He noticed when he got there that there was other people looking at the property also so he went in without me to let them know that we were there and interested. This is when they informed us that the property had already been rented and they were doing the move in inspection. Really?! Absolutely ridiculous! Not only did I take off work early and drive the entire county to be there, but this lady did not even apologize to us for the extreme inconvenience she caused and the money that we lost. Instead she made up lies about how she had tried to call and was unable to leave a message on my phone. My phone is in perfect working order and has been receiving phone calls and messages the entire week. I would never rent from these people and I will make sure to let everyone know of this situation. I can't imagine how they treat their actual tenants if this is how they treat people that are looking at their rentals.
